We respect the confidentiality of your business information and expect you to do the same. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information shared during the course of the project, except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Surt Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
While we make every effort to provide reliable and effective solutions, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth or lead conversions.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for those services.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve use of third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or changes in policies of these platforms. You are responsible for complying with their terms of service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

We will provide any deliverables owed up to the termination date, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
